FLOWERS
We strive to do whatever it takes to make sure you’re delighted with your flower delivery. Please contact us right away at: farmer@ladymoonfloral.com if there are issues, and we will do everything we can to make it right up to replacement of the arrangement/bouquet or a partial or full refund depending upon the circumstances.
GIFTS
Our refund and returns policy is available for 30 days past receipt for gift items only. We cannot offer you a full refund or exchange after the 30-day return period.
Perishable products including food items, flowers, and greeting cards cannot be returned. We also cannot give refunds for gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To request your return, please contact us at: farmer@ladymoonfloral.com. Please include:
- The original purchaser’s name and billing address
- Reason for return
- Preference for return of the item (shipping or pickup by our delivery person)
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. We try to process refunds within 48 hrs, but bank processing time can vary.
If it has been more than 10 days since your return, and you have still not received your refund, please contact us at farmer@ladymoonfloral.com.
Sale items
Sale items will be refunded at original purchase cost.
Exchanges
We will arrange for an exchange for any item that is defective, please follow the return instructions above and let us know you would like an exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you may request a gift credit for the amount of the original purchase. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will process the refund automatically for the gift giver when we receive the item per our return instructions above.
Shipping returns
Please indicate in your e-mail refund request, you preferred method of return (i.e., whether you would rather send the item to us, drop off at our store, or request a pickup by our delivery personnel.
